I’ve never seen a team do a better job of clearly aligning technology and architecture to business outcomes. Leveraging their unmatched expertise and vision, we are embarking on an innovative and business enabling program that is already proving value beyond our original scope. Not only are they good at what they do, they’re fun to work with, blending into our culture seamlessly. The word partner is thrown about a lot, but Knowledgent actually means it. — Danielle Schmelkin, Vice President, Business Intelligence & Customer Engagement – Coach, Inc.
No engagement highlights the multi-faceted value proposition that differentiates Knowledgent than our partnership with Coach. We were engaged by Coach to deliver a Master Data Management (MDM) assessment, and to recommend a future-state architecture.
Knowledgent’s core belief is that our project teams should possess cross-functional expertise. This engagement model enabled the realization that MDM was not going to empower Coach to achieve its transformative business objectives. Instead, a holistic approach to data management was the right path forward.
Working collaboratively with our Coach counterparts, we distilled the constellation of possibilities for a next-generation data architecture into an actionable and achievable execution plan. What underpinned the success of the project was the continuous engagement and total transparency with the client, achieved through an agile approach to architecture. This eliminated the need for exhaustive review and approval cycles, and resulted in an efficient vision for a set of disruptive data and analytics capabilities.
